To ensure a smooth and efficient Healthcare journey, please follow these simple steps:
Step-1: Medical Records Collection & Organization
This is the most crucial step. Clear medical documentation helps our team conduct a comprehensive assessment. Please prepare and provide clear color scans of the following materials. We recommend that all non-Chinese documents include professional English translations:
Medical Reports
Latest medical summary (written by your primary physician)
Records of previous surgeries or treatments
Pathology reports (if applicable)
Laboratory and test results
Imaging Materials
All relevant imaging results (such as X-ray, CT, MRI, PET-CT, etc.). Please provide the original DICOM format files (stored on CD/DVD) along with the imaging reports.

Step-2: Expert Matching & Cost Estimation

Our medical team will conduct a preliminary assessment upon receiving your documents and recommend the most suitable specialist for your condition.
Consultation Confirmation
We will introduce the expert's background and confirm your consultation intention.
Payment of Consultation Fee
After confirmation, we will issue a payment notice with detailed costs. You can complete payment via international wire transfer or online methods.
Step-3: Scheduling & Pre-Consultation Preparation
Confirm Time
Our medical coordinator will work with you to schedule a consultation time convenient for both you and the specialist (we will do our best to consider your time zone).
Testing & Guidelines
Before the consultation, we will guide you to test the remote meeting system (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp and send you simple instructions. No complex software download is needed – you can join via a web browser.
Invite Participants
You may invite your family members or local primary physician to join the consultation.
Step-4: Conduct the Remote Video Consultation

At the scheduled time, access the online meeting room via the link we provide.
Professional Interpreter
To ensure seamless communication, we provide professional medical interpretation throughout the session (if needed).
Consult the Specialist
You will have a face-to-face video discussion with our leading expert, typically lasting 60-90 minutes. Please prepare your questions in advance.
